Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdomonly. If you’d like to discuss an order to another destination, please open a support ticket first.
Delivery options & cost
- ›Royal Mail Tracked — our standard UK delivery, fully tracked end to end.
- ›Free UK shipping on all orders over £100.
- ›Orders under £100 are charged a flat shipping rate, shown clearly at checkout before you pay.
- ›Local collection — where offered, you can choose to collect instead of paying for shipping. We’ll arrange a time and place once your payment clears.
Dispatch times
Because we accept payment by bank transfer, we dispatch your order once payment has cleared in our account. Cleared orders are typically packed and dispatched within 24–48 hours (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays).
As soon as your order ships, we’ll email you a Royal Mail tracking number so you can follow it to your door.
Tracking your order
You can view the status of every order — and any tracking details — from your account dashboard. We also send email updates at each stage: order received, payment confirmed, and dispatched.
Discreet packaging
All orders are packaged plainly and securely, with no indication of the contents on the outside of the parcel.
Problems with delivery
If your tracking hasn’t updated, your parcel is delayed, or anything arrives damaged, please open a support ticketwith your order reference and we’ll put it right.
