What are your products intended for?+
Everything we sell is supplied strictly for laboratory research use only. Our products are not for human or animal consumption and are not medicines or supplements. Please read our research use disclaimer in full before ordering.
How do I know your peptides are genuine?+
Every batch is third-party tested by HPLC, and a Certificate of Analysis is available for our products. We’re happy to provide documentation — just ask via a support ticket.
How do I pay for my order?+
We accept payment by UK bank transfer. When you place an order you’ll receive our bank details and a unique order reference. Use that reference when you transfer so we can match your payment quickly. Your order is dispatched once the payment clears.
How long until my order ships?+
Once your bank transfer has cleared, orders are typically dispatched within 24–48 hours on working days. See our shipping information for full details.
Do you ship outside the UK?+
We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.
How do I track my order?+
Sign in and visit your account dashboard to see your order status and any Royal Mail tracking number. We also email you at each stage, from order received through to dispatch.
What is your returns policy?+
For safety reasons we can’t accept returns of opened or unsealed products, but we’ll always replace or refund items that arrive damaged, incorrect, or faulty. See our returns & refunds page.
Do I need an account to order?+
You can browse freely. Creating an account lets you track orders, view your history, and manage support tickets in one place. You can sign in or register any time.
How do I get help or support?+
Open a support ticketand we’ll reply by email. When an agent is online you’ll also see a live chat option — and if we’re offline, your message simply becomes a ticket we’ll follow up.
